    Will you all be on the west coast at all this year?

    @Cara -

    Maybe. Carmen travels out there more than I do for speaking. Not sure what’s going on for the later half of the year yet.

    I will be out there in mid-August for personal reasons, maybe I’ll schedule a meet up…

    I guess I’ll HAVE to come to your engagement at WAM! now…kidding! Of COURSE I’ll be there!

    @ Latoya — for the Feminism2.0 conference at GW, must one be a student at GW or a student in general? I love your work, but $60!? ;)

  5. Latoya Peterson wrote:

    @c. – I think just a student in general.

    And don’t feel bad – I’m *presenting* and they are charging me money to attend the conference! That’s just wrong.

    I’m going because it’s Veronica’s love and there will be a lot of cool women there (not to mention my co-panelists) but whoo…I’m adding a new cause to my contracts.

    And thanks for the compliment!

    Latoya,

    Do you have an online bio/CV that I could peruse?

    @Alston –

    I have a very dated one on the web, but things changed a lot since last year (the last time I met with my friend/web designer) so I’ll email you one.
