At UCLA, the parents of Vietnamese-American applicants are on average poorer and less educated than the parents of African-American applicants. UCLA is pitting blacks against V-Americans in order to justify their racist policies against Asians (less Asian faces on campus). Notice that White attendance rate wasn’t affected – it’s always one minority against another minority. It’s like the biggest secret quota in these types of affirmative action is WHITE. Whatever’s left over, let the colored fight for it. If they don’t like their piece of the pie, then they can duke it out themselves. All the entertainments of the happy white freshmen.
