    Wow.

I actually read through all the comments on the site linked on Stereohyped, and I… can’t.

These losers are defending their actions and actually playing the VICTIMS now, complaining about people “playing the race card.”

I can’t, people… Don’t have time for this fuckery today.

This doesn’t preclude people from being racist against Asians, let alone blacks. There’s a stereotypical idea about racists that needs to die — the idea that they are always racist against every single race besides theirs, and to equal degrees. This is false. A racist can be fine with Latinos, yet hate whites, or be fine with whites, yet hate Asians, or be fine with Asians and hate blacks. They can also dislike all minorities, but at different levels — I’ve heard pretty hardcore Stormfronter types claim that Desis are reasonably attractive for non-whites, that East Asians have some admirable qualities, that at least Latinos are hardworking, unlike “some people”, stuff like that. Just like non-racists, racists are multi-dimensional, shaped by their individual life experiences, and find it possible to live with a certain amount of ideological inconsistency.

Wait, so they called the attack on themselves by messing with Channers? I’m confused.

The best way to deal with this kind of shit is to just fix your site and move on. As long as the internet exists, so will burdens on society, and hence 4chan and all the racism it brings.

    Japanophiles aren’t exactly not racist…

Wow, excellent comments. 4channers, for the most part aren’t racist in the normal sense. They’re racist/sexist/bigoted towards everyone, probably including themselves, which is why it’s hard to call this a ‘racist’ act.

They’re posting racist imagery on the website cause they know it will provoke those subscribed to that particular website. These are the same guys who eviscerated a white nationalist radio show, harassing him so much, the guy ended up shutting down his show for awhile.

In this case, they really are doing it ‘for the lulz’ more then actually hating black people.

Awesome points by earlier posters regarding the fact that people can both love another culture, whilst simultaneously being racist towards the people of said culture.

I have to disagree. The fact that they chose a racist attack on a that type of blog – other than any other route they could’ve taken – speaks to their racist thinking.

Also, as we’ve all know, being racist doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a card-carrying Klan member.
