I’m back! Happy new year to everyone.
And many thanks to Wendi and Latoya for holding it down when I was gone.
This is me in Lan Kwai Fong - one of Hong Kong’s most famous (but way too touristy) nightlife areas.
As you probably noticed, I didn’t have time to post my year-end wrap-up stuff before I left, but it looks like there was plenty to keep the conversations going while I was gone.

Ah yes, Lan Kwai Fong…a surreal scene in which I mainly recall stumbling around plastered before finding myself slurping noodles in some alleyway night market…I deeply believe in the life-giving power of noodles…
