    That being said, I don’t think that excluding vouchers is necessarily a racial discrimination issue. Discrimination against low-income, yes, but racist? Not necessarily. A few bad apples spoil the bunch. Sometimes it is the case that people who are not spending their own hard-earned money have less of a tendency to take care of the homes, or anything else for that matter. Unfortunately, other people suffer from these bad apples. Even still I personally don’t think landlords should be forced to accept the vouchers.
