I need your help!

As many of you may know, one of New Demographic’s other blogs is Race in the Workplace, which is all about how race and racism influence our working lives.

I’m looking for stories to use in our Watercooler section, where we share real-life horror stories from the frontlines of race in the workplace. You can read more Watercooler stories here.

I’m sure many of you have good stories to tell. So please email them to team@raceintheworkplace.com, put “watercooler” in the subject line, and let us know what name we should use for you. Pseudonyms and first names are totally fine.
