protest racist radio this friday in nyc – angry asian man
“The good guys over at Fallout Central have also uncovered and posted two other previous racist segments by the unfunny pair: “You rike a fortune cookie?” and “Rice pickles.” It seems that making fun of Asians is a regular feature on their show. That’s ra

Don’t Blame Hip-Hop – New York Times
Thx Zhu! “Asked what he would do if he were living next door to a serial killer, Cam’ron merely shrugged and said he would move. The segment said remarkably little about the fear and anger that might help create such an anti-police culture.”

What’s up with the NAACP link. It says it is suing The North Hudson Fire Dept. When I clicked on it all I got was the new campaign about Msyogny against african-american women. I was interested in that article cause I’m in the Fire Academy now. Anyone know what happened to it?

Heh. It gets better and better.
The producer that kept using the phrase “Chinamen” is married to an Asian woman.
Just like that idiot, JV, that aired that racist Chinese skit.

Thanx Carmen
That’s a shame. I’m going through the academy right now. I’m not all that shocked that certain Departments do like to keep their Fire-houses as white-males club.
Down here there really isn’t a problem with racism but sexism is much more prevalent. When I was doing my volunteer hours at several local fire-houses for EMT school once all females leave the room the dirty jokes start flying (not that the women wouldn’t jump in a heartbeat). Last year Two female Fire/Medics with Clearwater Fire-Rescue sued the Fire-Chief for discrimination after they lost promotions to two clearly underqualified men.

Who cares, I don’t have high expectations of white americans nor do I care what they say about minorites. It’s time for African- Americans to ‘let whites go’ they have moral confusion on issues of race and will never accept us as equals so is it surprising a producer of a hit show would use ethnic slurs and is married to another minority Nope. It made that ‘liberal’ white guy more bold, in his behavior to say ’see I am not racist I have sex with these women and married to an Asian woman.
I have only a few expectations, that you don’t use the law to racially harass me in any way (fat chance) enforce the laws of this society without regard to race ( lololol)
and leave me the hell alone and don’t violate my space ( which never happens) if white americans did those things I would be pleasantly surprised so let white americans be themselves in all their anti P.C. glory.
whether it be racial, sexual or homophobic, they can suffer the consequences of their words or actions.
