Even when it’s ABOUT them, such as the case with the Rutgers women. Even in other heated discussions such as interracial dating and marriage, black women are TALKED ABOUT, but our opinion is rarely welcome, let alone a response to the things that are said about us. Books have been written, people have gone on talk shows talking about OUR poverty, OUR children out of wedlock (that we made all by ourselves), OUR loud mouths, and you rarely hear OUR side of the story. What are people scared of?
