I finally got around to watching George Takei’s response to Tim Hardaway’s homophobic comments, and it’s freakin’ hilarious! I know that the blogger behind gay persons of color took issue with Takei’s reference to Hardaway’s “smooth chocolatey head.” But I think that in this context, it was part of the objectification of Hardaway’s body, and really worked in poking fun at the whole situation. What do you think?
